If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
This excludes items that have been customised (including resizing) and earrings which we cannot accept because of health issues.

If your country is not listed in the 'Billing Country' or 'Delivery Address' then we are, at present, unable to supply our products to you. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
